The light ray between the sun and the earth, non considering the orbital motion v of the planet, to an observer in the absolute space

The photons emitted by sun during the trajectory between A and An points will be influenced by velocity b of the sun. Each one of these photons will have its own trajectory; all of them are parallels among themselves, creating a light ray that increases in direction of earth, with velocity c. In this way, the projection of these photons on the plane of orbit Pn will create a light ray that increases from the virtual sun in direction of the virtual earth, with velocity c, during the virtual sun’s trajectory between Bn and An.

We can observe that this light ray is virtual, because all photons of this ray have parallel directions to AXn direction, but none photon goes from the sun on An position to the earth on Xn position directly. It just happens in the observer’s viewpoint on the earth-sun referential. Furthermore, at the exact moment that the photon arrives at earth, this one is arriving at Xn position and the sun at An position. It is just possible due to de Cristina effect of light, which assure that light works as it was transmitted instantaneously.
